Allison Gadbois, M.Ed., BCBA
Founder and CEO
Allison is the Founder and CEO of Gearing Up Autism Services, with more than 22 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and executive leadership. After leading clinical operations, quality, and compliance for multi-state autism organizations, she founded Gearing Up to create an individualized, concierge ABA model guided by each child’s unique needs, strengths, and long-term potential.
Lisa Taylor, M.S., BCBA
Chief Clinical Officer
Lisa brings over 15 years of ABA and behavioral health experience in direct care and clinic leadership. She has led multi-site clinical teams, built quality and compliance systems, and mentored behavior technicians, students, and new BCBAs to grow strong care teams.
